Implementing self-sufficient cooking as much as possible, complementing local networking resources. Basing meals on organic products, work with vegetarian and vegan diets to provide healthy nutrition. Spreading awareness about food and cooking as a holistic practice, educating people about food through the culinary experience at A Quinta.
Garden Manager
A Quinta practices small-scale, no-dig agriculture based on permaculture principles. We grow food in order to feed our own growing community and also to provide weekly veggie boxes to the wider community around us.
