This course introduces Way of Council—a transformative practice designed to support group processes and personal development through shared visioning, cooperative learning, and deep listening. Participants will learn skills in presence, authentic communication, and self-facilitation, gaining insight into the unspoken needs of individuals and groups. Rooted in over 20 years of wisdom and experience, this journey offers tools for conflict management, decision-making, reflection, and collective growth. celebration and for discovering the deeper, often unexpressed needs of individuals and organizations.
Participants will Identify useful practices for self and group facilitation, develop communication skills and the ability to be present in each moment.
Explore with learnings offered in response to our own particular and collective needs and questions, receive guidance from over 20 years of working council practice, plus teachings handed down.

Rob Dreaming - Trainer.
Rob is a Facilitator, Mentor and Trainer in Way of Council, with 21 years leading council practice, a SOLB (School of Lost Borders) trained
wilderness guide, mentored by Gigi Coyle (Ojai Foundation Trainer & author of Way of Council).
He is also a core member of SOAR (School of All Relations -Greece) and the European Council Network. He has two decades experience facilitating groups, coaching individuals. designing and running trainings in the areas of consciousness and communication.
