Kitchen & Cantina

In our kitchen we work with diversity, variety, organic and local products, and specially a lot of love for the food we make. We have the great opportunity to have kitchen volunteers from different parts of the world sharing their cultural gastronomy, that's why every meal is a different experience.
We use most of the time organic products coming straight from our garden. Colourful and tasty vegetables, green leaves for salads and species rich in smells are daily gifts from our land. The complementary bio-ingredients we get it in the local market and its surroundings.

Commun hall & Chill area

The commun hall is the meeting point of A Quinta, we eat there, we work there, we talk there… We’re also organizing events and classes during the night, do not hesitate to join us.
